We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimate
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from shipment. This is an estimate and may be affected by carrier delays or seasonal factors.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, contact support@munteroshop.com.

Multi-item orders
Items from a single order may arrive in separate packages, on different dates, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout, and no customs fees or duties are charged on delivery.

Address changes
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase — addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, it can be reshipped once we have the corrected details.

Undelivered packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.
